Entrepreneur Doorway Project — Serving Minority & Immigrant Entrepreneurs

A partnership between the Latin American Multi-Ethnic Association for Networking and Opportunities (LA-MANO), Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Region Nine Development Commission, Greater Mankato Diversity Council and Mankato WorkForce Center, the Entrepreneur Doorway Project (EDP) will assist refugee, immigrant and minority entrepreneurs by:
- Providing business development services
- Developing and supporting new businesses and the new jobs they create
- Establishing an entrepreneur network for internal support and information gathering

The EDP will provide you with support and information to help you launch your business through assistance with:
- Business plan writing
- Marketing and advertising
- Financial analysis
- Projections and loan packaging
- Personnel/human resources
- E-commerce
- Inventory management
- Website development and marketing
- Seminars and training programs
- Database access for business research and loan opportunities.
