Are you providing a commodity, or an experience?

I spoke today with a great organization in New Ulm – the Pro group.  They get together to share referrals and ideas – and each person gets to give a 60 second commercial about their business.

We discussed the importance of creating an experience for your customers.  It reminded me of a great TED talk video shared by one of our MBA students.  Let me know what you think.
